About The Scholarship
The registration for Ishan Uday Scholarship is expected to begin in August 2026. Ishan Uday is a special scholarship scheme for students from the North Eastern region who are pursuing a general or professional degree after completing their Class 12 education.

Eligibility
Award
- Applicants must be a domicile of the North Eastern Region (NER). Parental annual income should not exceed ₹4.5 lakh from all sources. Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent in the year preceding the current application cycle.
- Should have secured admission in the first year of a general, technical, or professional degree course (including medical and paramedical).
- Up to ₹7,800 per month for selected students
