- NEET-UG is a national-level medical entrance examination based on Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) from the Class 11 and 12 syllabus. The exam generally consists of 180 compulsory questions to be attempted within 3 hours and 20 minutes, with 45 questions each in Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions in Biology, carrying 720 marks in total. Students should prepare thoroughly from the NCERT textbooks, strengthen conceptual understanding, practise numerical problems and objective questions regularly, solve previous years’ papers, take timed mock tests and revise systematically to improve accuracy and time management.
