Admission offered in which class
Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects. Minimum marks: For general category about 45% in the required subjects; for reserved categories lower threshold may apply. For lateral-entry (B.Tech 2nd year) admission: Diploma in engineering/technology relevant discipline is required.

The admission for B.Tech is based on the entrance exam West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) for first-year entry. the college’s online application window commenced in july.
