About The Scholarship
Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC Students (Class 9 & 10), Delhi 2025-26 is an opportunity provided by the Department for the Welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minority, Government of NCT of Delhi to provide financial assistance to Scheduled Caste (SC) students who are studying in Class 9 and 10. The key objective of the scholarship is to minimise the incidence of dropout among the SC category of students in the transition from elementary to the secondary stage

Eligibility
Award
- Be an Indian citizen
- Be a domicile of Delhi
- Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category
- Be a full-time student in Class 9 or 10 from a recognised institution
- Have a family income of less than ₹2,50,000 per annum
- up to ₹7,000 per annum and an extra allowance for disabled students.

- Self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets for previously passed exams
- Certificate of caste signed by an authorised Revenue Officer, not below the rank of Tehsildar
