About The Scholarship
G. P. Birla Scholarship is an initiative of the G.P. Birla Educational Foundation for meritorious students from West Bengal and Jharkhand, who have passed the class 12 examination in the year 2025

Eligibility
Award
- Be a domicile of West Bengal or Jharkhand
- Have passed the Class 12 examination in the academic year 2025 from a recognised
- Have secured a minimum of 85% marks in WBCHSE/JAC or 90% in ISC/CBSE
- Be pursuing undergraduate courses in a recognised institution in India
- Have an annual family income of less than ₹3,00,000 and demonstrate financial need to
- Pursue further studies
- Scholarship of up to ₹50,000 per year to cover tuition and hostel fees (wherever applicable)
- An additional one-time payment of ₹7,000 towards the purchase of books in the first year of college
