NSP Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC Students
Eligibility
Award
- Be domiciled in Assam
- Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category of the state
- Be a regular full-time student of Class 9 and 10 in a government or private school duly recognised by the concerned State Government/Union Territory Administration/Central Board with a valid UDISE code
- Have an annual parental/guardian income of not more than ₹2,50,000
- Day Scholar ₹3,500
- Hosteller ₹7,000
Required Documents
Mode of Apply
- Passport-size photograph of the student
- Valid caste certificate duly signed by an authorised Revenue Officer (RO), not below the rank of Tehsildar
- Annual income declaration certificate of the parent(s)/guardian(s)
- Certificate from the District Social Welfare Officer/identified officer of a local body/civic agency/any such authority as designated by the State Government
