Eligibility
Admission offered in which class
- You must have passed or be appearing for Class 12 (10+2) exams with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (for engineering; biology can be taken in place of math for some bio-related programmes). Academic criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM or PCB for the general category (minimum 50% for SC/ST and certain reserved category candidates)

Brief Prepration for the Test

- The VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for admission to B.Tech programmes at VIT campuses. The exam is 2 hours 30 minutes long and consists of 125 multiple-choice questions in English. For the MPCEA stream, the paper includes Mathematics (40 questions), Physics (35), Chemistry (35), Aptitude (10), and English (5), while the BPCEA stream replaces Mathematics with Biology (40 questions). Each correct answer carries 4 marks, with 1 mark deducted for every incorrect answer, making the maximum score 500 marks.
