About The Scholarship

NSP Centrally Sponsored Post-Matric Scholarship for ST Students, Mizoram 2025 is an initiative of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, implemented by the Government of Mizoram. This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to state ST students to continue their post-matriculation or post-secondary studies

Eligibility

Award

Be a citizen of India
Be a domicile of Mizoram
Belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category
Have passed the Class 10/12 or higher secondary examination from a recognised university or board
Have an annual family income of less than ₹2,50,000
Hold a valid account in a scheduled bank linked to Aadhaar and a mobile number not be receiving any other scholarship

Required Documents

Mode of Apply

A passport-size photograph of the student
Domicile certificate
Academic transcripts of previous qualifying examinations, including certificates, diplomas, degrees, etc
ST certificate duly signed by an authorised Revenue Officer (RO), not below the rank of Tehsildar
An income certificate, parent(s)/guardian(s) issued by the authority as decided by the state government
A receipt in acknowledgement of the scholarship in the previous year (if applicable)
Disability certificate (if applicable)
