NSP Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme For SC Students (Class 9 & 10), Chandigarh is an initiative of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. It provides financial assistance to SC students in Rajasthan The scholarship aims to support education and reduce dropout rates during the transition from elementary to secondary school

Eligibility
Award
- Be a domicile of Chandigarh
- Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category
- Be studying in Class 9 or 10 in a government school, or a school recognised by the Government, or a Central/State Board of Secondary Education
- Have an annual parental/guardian income of not more than ₹2,50,000 from all sources
- Hostellers Scholarship for 10 months (in ₹ per month) 225
- Scholarship for Day Scholars for 10 months (in ₹ per month) 525
- Books and Adhoc Grant (in ₹ per annum) 750 for Day Scholars
- Books and Adhoc Grant (in ₹ per annum) 1,000 for Hostellers
