- Entry roles in NGOs / impact organisations: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Impact startups / CSR roles: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Own venture: income depends on business growth; early stage may be low but long-term potential is high
- With MBA/MSW from reputed institutes: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000+ per month in program and impact management roles
