In today’s dynamic and competitive world, academic knowledge alone is not enough. Students—especially those from underserved and government schools—need personalized career guidance, practical life skills, and a clear vision to navigate their futures confidently.
The Career Guidance Programme is a comprehensive initiative offered through both in-person school-based engagement and online services, equipping students with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to explore, plan, and pursue meaningful career paths.
According to UNICEF India (2022), over 50% of secondary school students in the country lack access to structured career guidance. We combine interactive classroom sessions with technology-driven support systems, ensuring wider reach, scalability, and student-led learning.
Our Career Guidance Programme has already impacted over 1,200 students across rural and semi-urban schools, enabling them to make informed decisions, gain confidence, and set realistic, achievable goals for their future.
Students, teachers, donors, and partners—let’s ensure every student gets a fair shot at a brighter future.
