He is a passionate social entrepreneur with an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from Visva-Bharati, Shantiniketan. A former Gandhi Fellow in rural Rajasthan, he deepened his grassroots understanding through school development initiatives. He has led welfare projects in education, health, and livelihood with national level development organizations like Yuva Parivartan and Smile Foundation. Awarded a Summer Fellowship by IIM Udaipur and Duke University, he brings global insight and strategic leadership to community-driven development.

He is a dedicated social development enthusiast who has been passionately working on community development projects for several years. He holds an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from Visva-Bharati, Shantiniketan, where he developed a strong foundation in communication and media, enhancing his ability to effectively engage with and support communities. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to improving the lives of those in need.

Currently, she works in Bolpur, Birbhum, where she actively contributes to student outreach and development initiatives at the grassroots level.
