The Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) is a launchpad for aspiring changemakers—especially students and youth—who dream of building purpose-driven startups. Through mentoring, hands-on learning, and startup seed support, EDP turns ideas into impactful ventures that address real community challenges.

Who Can Apply?
HS/Graduates or diploma holders (2–3 years)
No age limit
Must have a socially impactful startup idea
Registration Fee: ₹200/- (non-refundable)
Applicants must be located in the state of West Bengal.

Step I: Outreach & Screening
Collaborations with colleges and youth clubs
Orientation sessions on social innovation & entrepreneurship
Application via a short form (includes idea description)
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 2-day Bootcamp
Step II: Capacity Building
Bootcamp Highlights
Entrepreneurial mindset & social innovation
Business modelling & leadership
Post-Bootcamp: Submit detailed business plan
Final shortlist based on innovation, feasibility & social value
Step III: Final Jury Round
Pitch your startup to an expert panel
Judged on originality, impact, execution readiness & presentation
